MIAMI – July 24, 2020 – Piola Brickell (piolausa.com) now features a gourmet pop-up market with a broad section of Italian products so customers can cook their favorite dishes at home.

The store, Paia Di Pasqua, is named after Piola’s founders’ farm in Treviso, Italy. While the pop-up doesn’t feature items from the farm itself just yet, owner Stefano Carniato and his brother Dante hope to one day offer those goods for sale stateside. For now, Paia Di Pasqua at Piola Brickell, 1250 S. Miami Ave. in Miami, features artisanal products such as:

  • Pastas (Ancient Grain and Gluten-free)
  • Rice
  • Polenta
  • Olive Oils
  • Sauces
  • Balsamic Vinegars
  • Tuna in Oil
  • Marinated Vegetables
  • Olives
  • Honey
  • Jams and Marmalades
  • Cookies
  • Snacks
  • Flour
  • Red, White and Sparking Wines
  • Italian Beers

“With more people staying home, we wanted to bring the best of Italy to them,” said Piola co-founder Stefano Carniato.
The popup is open during restaurant hours: daily from noon to 10 p.m., and will soon be available on the restaurant’s app, available on both IOS and android.
While a county ordinance forbids eating inside the restaurant, customers are welcome to come in and shop. Outdoor dining on the terrace remains open, as is takeout and delivery. Piola enforces the use of masks and equivalent facial coverings, as well as social distancing.
